VIRTUAL SCI CIRCUIT TRAINING
One-hour sessions will be held twice a day (11am & 4pm) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via zoom meeting. Come join us and workout at your own pace along with friends! Details

REMOTE MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Sessions are held every Friday via zoom meeting. These 45-minute mindfulness sessions will be held in English from 2:30pm – 3:15pm followed by 45-minute sessions in Spanish.
VIRTUAL AEROBICS PROGRAM

One-hour sessions will be held at 4pm every Tuesday and Thursday via zoom meeting.

NUTRITION TIPS

Make sure you are getting the recommended amounts of vitamin C (90 mg) and vitamin D (800 IU) per day. Focus on protein rich foods and snacks since protein plays an important role in the immune system. Some simple tips to limit your exposure when bringing food and goods into your home from grocery stores and deliveries. And did you know getting enough sleep (6 to 8 hours each night) can lower the stress hormone cortisol, which suppresses immune function? Details
