The Miami Project and The Buoniconti Fund’s Calendar of Events includes scientific lectures, healthy lifestyle sessions & fundraising events.  Within this calendar listing, you will find SCI seminar series, weekly scientific lectures, exercise sessions and more.  Fundraising events include the Great Sports Legends Dinner, Buoniconti Fund Golf Invitational at The Bear’s Club with Jack Nicklaus and Chapter events.  To see events in your area, please select from the categories menu above the calendar. You may choose your view by agenda, month, week or day.

Participants with paralysis of upper-extremity muscles may benefit from caregiver assistance, if available.

Zoom get together 1 hour before and after the workout.

Suggested equipment: towel, broom stick (or similar), and a water bottle.
