Tiffany & Co. Celebrates the Supporters of The Buoniconti Fund

Supporters Receive an Exclusive Preview of the 2012 Spring Tiffany Leather Collection

Design Directors, Richard Lambertson and John Truex, share their inspiration for the Spring line live

January 18, 2012 — Tiffany & Co. Bal Harbour and director Debra Koch, host The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis to a private in-store meet and greet with the renowned Tiffany Leather Collection, design directors Richard Lambertson and John Truex, to celebrate the Spring line and the avid foundation supporters. The talented gentlemen will present the handbags from the latest collection, share design inspirations, and expand on their collaboration with Tiffany’s before the intimate group.

Tiffany of Bal Harbour Shops is one of the select stores in the country that has the exclusive line of handbags available for purchase. Featured handbags at the event include the Marlow hobo, a generously contoured carryall, in ostrich of a bright tangerine. The same sun-drenched hue also accents additional pieces on-site, such as the Lyn clutch, and the structured Cordelia shoulder bag. The extensive line pops with vivid colors with inspiration from the world’s legendary getaways, like the Isle of Capri and The Riviera. Many of the bags also incorporate wicker finishes, like in the squared Palmer basket and rounded Whitney basket. All of the pieces that form the collection prove to be a perfect match for South Florida’s tropical flavor.

The remarkable supporters of The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis will be one of a very elite list of groups across the nation to view the collection live with the design directors, as they walk them through their design methodology for the pieces.  Many of the foundation’s founding members and strong supporters will be in attendance, including Barth A. Green, M.D, former NFL Miami Dolphins players Dick Anderson and Nick Buoniconti, as well as many others.

Tiffany & Co. and The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis have a long-standing relationship together, with collaborations on many exciting events. Each year Tiffany & Co. conducts a Mystery Blue Box Wall, a signature fundraising activity that augments funds raised, during The Great Sports Legends Dinner in New York City. In addition, Tiffany’s will be participating in Tthe Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis’ widely popular and most enjoyable Destination Fashion event at Bal Harbour Shops on Saturday, November 10, 2012.
