It is with profound sadness and heartfelt gratitude that we remember Richard S. Aldrich, Jr., a long-standing and devoted member of The Buoniconti Fund Board of Directors, whom recently passed.

For decades, Dick dedicated his time, wisdom, and generosity to strengthening our fundraising and awareness efforts to find a cure for paralysis and other neurological diseases and disorders. His steady leadership, kind spirit, and unwavering commitment made a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him. He was not only a generous donor, but a passionate advocate for the cause he believed in and he faithfully supported throughout his life.

In honor of Dick’s extraordinary legacy and the many years he devoted to The Buoniconti Fund, his family invites those who wish to make a memorial donation to contribute to The Buoniconti Fund in his name. Such gifts will continue the work he cared so deeply about and serve as a meaningful tribute to his life of generosity and dedication.

Dick will be sorely missed, but his spirit will live on in the community he helped build and the countless lives he touched.
