HIGH CONTENT CORE FACILITY
Using the ThermoFisher Cellomics ArrayScan VTI and PerkinElmer OPERA high content screening systems and associated automated cellular analysis softwares, the Janus liquid handling robot, and the Molecular Devices Spectramax i3X plate reader, the High Content Screening (HCS) Core provides a cutting edge, multiplexed functional screening and imaging platform to perform multi-well cell-based and target-based assays. HISTOLOGY CORE FACILITY
Histology Core Facility The Histology Core provides a full range of histology services. These include paraffin and frozen tissue processing, embedding, sectioning and routine staining. The Core is staffed by five experienced technicians available to assist researchers with their histology needs. The facility also houses two Leica crystostats, a freezing stage microtome and vibratome which are readily available to researchers.

MICROSCOPY CORE FACILITY
The Imaging Core facility at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis provides a wide range of microscopy and imaging instrumentation to Miami Project researchers and collaborators. The Core facility maintains brightfield and fluorescent microscope workstation equipped with MicroBrightField stereology analysis software and a laser scanning confocal system with spectral unmixing capability. Notably, the Core houses the advanced LaVision Ultramicroscope and a dedicated Imaris rendering workstation. As a full-service facility, our aim is to provide scientific and technical expertise in all aspects of imaging, from proper sample preparation, data acquisition at the microscope, to processing and analysis of image data.
