*** Awards Dinner:  Attendees must register for dinner separately by June 10, 2017.

**** A DISCOUNT OF $50 WILL BE APPLIED TO THE TOTAL REGISTRATION FEE IF ATTENDING BOTH SATELLITE AND PMC XI. Four-Day Conference Registration includes:  Scientific sessions from July 19-22 2017, continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made only if written notice of cancellation is received prior to June 19, 2017. A $150 cancellation fee is charged for all refunds. After this date, no refunds will be made.
